One of the profound things about practicing mindfulness is that there is no goal other than to deeply perceive the truth of each moment as it arises and yet there are a wellspring of benefits that arise from this goal-less non-doing.

The evidence base is growing all the time with a multitude of scientific research papers published every year.

The US National Library of Medicine alone published over 3,300 research papers about Mindfulness in 2018

 Even most sceptical of us might be impressed with just how quickly measurable and meaningful results are found, even under the scrutiny of rigorous scientific monitoring

In 2017 leading Neurologist Richie Davidson and

emotional intelligence and meditation teacher, Daniel Goleman published

"Altered Traits". Eking out only Gold Standard research they were able to state:

More compassion
