What we offer at Wellspring Mindfulness
At Wellspring Mindfulness we will explore different types of meditation, tailoring to your specific needs and interest for Private sessions, either One to One, or for couples.

This is non-religious meditation, suitable for everyone
that wishes to embrace life, meaning and freedom.
Taught by professional, qualified teachers
with decades of meditation practice.
Each class is 45 minutes, although this can be flexible, depending on what fits for you.
The 6 week package can take place on a weekly/daily basis, again this can be flexible depending on availability and to suit your life.
What you will need:
You won't need to bring anything with you, everything is provided and don't worry you won't need to sit cross legged on the floor - unless you want to of course.
Each session: £45 for 45 mins -
