4 week course Face to Face/Video Call
This is an empowering programme exploring Mindfulness and how it can be used in your everyday life with a mixture of meditation, teaching and discussion.
Taught by professional, qualified mindfulness teachers with decades of personal practice.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of mindfulness.
In the first week we will explore your own personal wishes for the course and we will design the remaining 3 sessions around these.

It is non-religious, and we aim to make the sessions relaxed and informative.
Taught over 4 weeks.
Each session is two hours long and will involve some home practice.
The sessions can be scheduled as and when you would like them, subject to availability, and ideally a week apart.
